Day 2 ( Friday )

When we got up in the morning at about half past seven Vals words came into my mind when I saw Dave rushing from the sleeping room into the bathroom without saying even one single word.

John was already awake and it looked to me as if he would be able to open another jerry can right away.

Me myself had been a little bit ............. well.............let's put it this way:
The label of the wine said: 0.75
Obviously I still have a problem with gallons and liters.
Or to say it in other words:
The first two hours of this morning were not quite my happiest of this journey.

Arriving at Perth we were one of the first people who started to set up their stand and this was what we did right away.
With the help of two friends it must have made Dave quite happy because we did it within a very short time and without any problems at all.

Nearly done.

Done.

While Dave sorted out the last details, John and I went to Lidl just at the other side of the road to buy some needed things.
Jerry cans of wine.

Friendly and gentle as I am I told John: "Keep your wallet in your pocket - I am going to pay for that", waving with my 50-pounds-note like Mr. Bean in the airplane with his first-class-ticket.

61.- GBP for a little bit of wine, a bottle of Iron Brew and some Aspirin ????
While John had to help me out with 11.- GBP I got 2 inches smaller and wished I didn't have woven the pound note like as I am a rich guy.

Sightseeing in Edinburgh

In the afternoon we had a little time for being tourists and so we went into town by train.

Perth 2017 (4)

Having lunch was our first destination, then Dave took us to Edinburgh Castle.
